The Sanderson Museum
- Of Witchcraft -

My Story
My love for Hocus Pocus and vintage Halloween has shaped my entire life in profound ways for as long as I can remember. I first watched the movie at 7 years old in October 1993, being instantly captivated by the magical world of the Sanderson Sisters. Over the past 31 years, the film has not only been a source of joy but also fueled my imagination and provided strength during some of the darkest times in my life.

As a young teenager, inspired by the Sanderson Cottage, I built a witch house on my property in the woods behind my house as a place to escape and capture the magic and wonder that Hocus Pocus created in my imagination. I would spend hours and hours a day even late into the night in this using an old large black pot like a cauldron with a real fire under it watching it bubble and steam rolling off of it
As a mere fan, recreating that enchanted cottage has been a lifelong dream, and now, I'm closer than ever to making it a reality. My hope is to share this love with others who cherish the film and introduce its spellbinding charm to new generations for years to come.
